BLT’s current work has focused on creating lessons for expected behavior in shared areas, ways to acknowledge correct behavior, and a consequence flow map. BLT is comprised of teachers representing most grade levels at the elementary school. It is an advisory team that works in conjunction with administration to improve our school.
